Sorry to sound pushy but I'm not sure what to do, I'm freaking out and I can't say why but all I can say is that I've got a job orientation this week so I can't go to the hospital but that's the only way it'll prevent me from doing stuff so I don't know what to do but AGH

Can you still text or leave a message? Your T needs to know how you are doing...

I always leave my T a text on the weekend if needed. He or she will get back to you asap. tell them how you feel

If you are in crisis, can you call your T, I wouldn't worry about it being the weekend. If you are in danger, then hospital is best. Hope it passes quickly.

Though technically a sui hotline, they will talk to you about anything for as long as you need. I have called them and have never ended up in the hospital. They've always been able to talk me down.

There are also warm lines where they will talk to you about anything. It's a good option if you are not sure if your situation is appropriate for suicidal hotline. You can find the line you need on this website Warmlines
You may also want to google crisis hotlines in your area. |
