I have to leave for a job interview in 45 minutes. This morning I had an email with the location, which is a few streets away from where I went to therapy. It's the same tube station, the same journey and walking up the same way, all so heavily associated with her. I very rarely do this journey to this station apart from when I was going to her.

Don't know why I feel a few nerves about this. It's central London, so will be stuffed with people and I won't see her even if she was by chance shooting out to get a coffee or happening to arrive at the station at the same time as me. I'm feeling kind of sad at taking such a familiar track and being reminded of time spent in her office so vividly. And I don't have time to wallow in sadness, even a bit, I need to focus on what I'm actually in this part of town for.

I think I just wanted to not go there for a while until it was all less fresh in my mind.

F#ckity.

Can you take a different route even if it means a little more of a walk?

Oh, shoot, looks like this is too late anyway. Hopefully you made it ok and can have a moment afterwards.
Thanks for this!

I know a similar feeling. The sessions happen in a small apartment. The whole apartment is lavender scented. I encountered this smell once somewhere else. I instantly got overwhelmed by sadness. It's not really the same, as these situations are not dire.
