Just a note to say I think this 'psychotherapy' forum rocks! The posters here (for the most part) seem deeply committed to their work in therapy, and that is reflected in the insightful and thought-provoking and candid posts here! Just wanted to share that I'm so thrilled to be a part of it! How 'normal' I feel when I see others are contending with same issues. The self-disclosure here is commendable; I sometimes wonder if we disclose as much to our own t's This is certainly a safe place to practice
Take care all,

Nice note!

Ummm....oh crud, now I'm wondering whether I'm "for the most part' or not... sigh

just a note

but I completely agree that this is a wonderful place to practice and receive super support and somtimes when someone tells me to "tell your T", it is something that never occurred to me to tell her and when I do it is very rewarding.
I love this place just a note

Echoes,
Initially I wrote 'everyone' then thought it might be an 'all-or-nothing' thing....so I changed it to 'for the most part'.... just practicing my 'grey' thinking as opposed to 'black/white thinking'... just a note I think we all agree you are hard at work!
