I don't think it's weird at all. There are times when I get really excited about my appointments, usually when I feel that I've made some particular improvement or have an idea that I want to bounce off my t.

Not weird. I'm usually excited to see my T. There can be a lot of other emotions in there too, but excitement is generally there to one degree or another. I think I feel a little like a child does when a parent comes home or something. Excited, but not wanting them to see the spilt milk in the kitchen either...

It would be weird for me specifically, but as I have heard others express such feeling, I would not say weird in general.

I don't think it's weird either. I'm usually a mix of excited and a little nervous before I call my t. This week, I am nothing but excited lol no nervousness at all. I have lots of good work to report.

I have good stuff to talk about too. Mostly. But weather and other things have affected me seeing him like 4 times so far. We've only met three times. I don't know him very well yet.

I don't think that's weird at all. My therapist has been away for a couple of weeks and I still have another week to go before I see her, and I cannot wait until she comes back. I really like going to see her even if it is ridiculously difficult sometimes.

I don't think feelings are either weird or normal...they just are. And it's probably good that you're looking forward to it. I hope it goes well for you.
