Yes, I swear IRL too, so I'm not guarded. I think t swore first though so I knew it was okay. She does swear quite a lot actually

T can swear like a sailor sometimes. I dont personally swear, but i have two teenage alters (i have DID) who swear like crazy. We dont use english swear words, but we swear in our own language, although sometimes english ones come out.

I don't really make a point not to, since much of the time I include such terminology in my general speech...but I don't curse at the therapist or anything like that.

No, and neither does my T. Once I was very angry and wrote all the words on a piece of drawing paper in session and showed her, though!

I posted here about myself but didn't tell about my T. He has cursed sometimes too. I found it very refreshing, it made him more human.

Yes, I've been very angry and cursing has helped express it, something I had a strict habit against in the past, but have begun to accept. My baseline is not to curse, but.... I've often been off my baseline in T.

My T is not in the habit, but she too will throw in a rare, well-timed expletive which I appreciate.
