Just wanted to follow-up from another post I created about always crying when visiting the therapist.
http://forums.psychcentral.com/showf...ev=#Post507442 Today - for I think the first time - I did not cry during my session! I'm so happy! Finally - a productive session without getting all depressed or hurt.

Hurray for you!!!!!!! I remember what it was like managing to not cry as much so I could talk to the pdoc and t.

Hey good for you! I'm also the opposite. I haven't cried in session but have come close. I'm sure that day is coming...
