I mentioned this in another post but I have an appointment with my shrink later this week. I last saw him 6-8 weeks ago when we did a med increase. My next appointment was supposed to be in 3 months.
But I was still feeling crappy and very apathetic and didn't want to wait a whole 3 months for some sort of relief. Then last week I started feeling somewhat better but over the weekend the good feelings tapered off and I'm back to feeling some what depressed and apathetic. I don't want to waste his time but I don't want to keep suffering longer than needed either.

I'd keep it, too. Better to go ahead now instead of needing it and not being able to get in.

yeah, keep it. It's not a waste of his time anyway, because you are paying for it.
