I accidentally locked my keys in my car this morning when I got to work. I went out to my car right on time to leave for my therapy appointment, and realized where my keys were. I immediately called my T and left her a message and then called a friend to run by my house, pick up my spare keys, and bring them to me at work.

I'm so freaking out about this, though! I hate being late and I hate cancelling last minute. There's no way I can make the appointment, as it's a 20 30 minute drive, it starts in 10 minutes, and I still don't have my keys. My anxiety is through the roof because of this. I know it's not really a huge deal, but it feels like it to me. Now I'm just waiting for T to call me back so she can let me know what other options I have.

I feel like such a fool!!!

My T was totally awesome. She called back and left me a voice mail telling me that we could have a phone session or if I was too frazzled for that, we could reschedule. She knew exactly how I was feeling and was just great about it. I rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon.

I'm so glad my T knows me as well as she does.
