For those of you who have more than one T, do they know about each other? Do you share the things you are working on with one T with the other T?

I am currently seeing a T (psychologist), but have recently started meeting with a counselor on the side. The counselor knows about my T, but I haven't told my T about the counselor. Do you think I should share with my T that I'm also seeing a counselor?
Thanks for this!

My group therapist and my individual therapist work in the same practice and they confer about my care. I feel like I get better care because they work together.

I guess my question would be, "Why not tell your Psychologist that you are seeing someone else?"

I see two. I do not discuss one with the other. They are both psychodynamic but I discuss different things with them. They sort of generally know the other exists but that is it. I do not see it as mandatory to tell them.
My question would be - why would you want to do so? What benefit would there be for you in doing so?
For me, I told the one I was seeing others because she was failing me in an area and the other knew I was interviewing various therapists because of the first one being inadequate in some ways (I did not go into specifics)

I agree with stopdog. If you feel like it would benefit you to tell them about each other then go for it but its up to you.
