Do any of you know of any helpful worksheets or exercises that can be incorporated into therapy? I have been trying to find some online and nothing is really getting me what I want. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Hi, I know of many, but on different topics. Would you let us know what your goal is with the worksheets so I could provide something specific.

For example, my favorite currently would be on mindfulness from this book, http://www.amazon.com/Dialectical-Be.../dp/1572245131 full of worksheets that can be done in therapy and on your own, but there are worksheets for all types of topics from abuse, anxiety, addiction, interpersonal relationships, grieving, spirituality, creativity, and so many more.
Thanks for this!
