Possible trigger:

They said that they didn't like me and they wanted me dead. I wouldn't mind them killing me, but my son would be sad. They said that they judged me negatively and said that I should not be allowed to see my son. They started by choking me and telling me that they would kill me if I told anyone.

I do not believe anyone wants you dead. This sounds more like a fear or anxiety. Have you talked to your therapist or psychiatrist about this?

It's often very hard judging what's real and what's not real. When I become delusional, I too am convinced of certain things and no one can change my mind. All I can suggest is try to ride this storm out with as much support and help you can get.

But in amongst your 'delusion' you have the ability to add a trigger? Perhaps You are more rational than you have others believe?

Yeah, Chris is right it was added later. I read it and didn't know how to respond other than that reality splitting must be so incredibly difficult for the person suffering from it. I hope Joshua's mommy gets the help she so desperately needs and deserves

When I was ill I thought and believed similar things. It all came from my head, not other people. My thinking was distorted and my brain was misinterpreting incoming information to fit my reality or what people would call a delusion. Medication can really help with this.

You don't sound well at all. I suspect your providers are worried about your ability to look after your son since psychotic illness affects self-care.

That sounds frightening, and particularly difficult because you think you can't tell anyone. I hope the situation changes soon.

You need to see a doctor ASAP , any doctor, perhaps go to ER or call 911 right now. Sorry but you sound extremely unwell and need to do something ASAP
