Hi everyone, im back posting again. I took a very long break from here due to my Grandpas death over two years ago. Im still dealing with allot of pain from my past and things.
I spent this past March til the middle of April in the Pysch ward due to me having a nervous break down. It did help me become more active in my recovery. two years ago I got myself a new psychologist through the mental health clinic and a addiction counsellor. I also am seeing a psychiatrist on some pretty heavy doses of medication at the moment. I have been sober now for 3 months, before then I had a two week relapse was sober since Labour day weekend 2014! It feels good to be posting again and not a lurker no more. |
