I was telling T about a guy at work who I believe had Munchausen's.
T asked what that meant for me and I shyly look at her and said - I understand the need inside of him for attention, love, caring because I years ago gave myself a black eye yo get attention - T went quite and I asked what she was thinking? She said - I'm thinking how deprived you must have been - I said to her - the thing is, though it's nothing like it use to be, I still have a small bit inside of me that wants that attention too, nothing like it once was and no way would i give myself a black eye, but I have a echo of those times inside me. Why only now I divulged that too T. I don't suppose that matters. |

Telling your secrets reduces their power over you.
