My therapist had her co-worker call and cancel by appointment for this week. She said it was a family emergency and that it could be as long as 2 weeks before she can reschedule. I am thinking of sending a "Thinking of You" card. Would that be appropriate?

I think it'd be ok. I got my ex T a card before she went on maternity leave.
