I've told t most of my traumas. (Except details) However,
Possible trigger:
Is this what people normally consider therapy material? Sigh it's been nearly two years, and I still don't know what I'm supposed to be talking about.

I would talk about it. It may that you are very well defended about these issues and that's why they don't bother you.
In talking about them, you may get in touch with some deeper feelings that are tucked away, and this might help you get in touch with present emotions, too.
