Thanks! All we need now is a creepy couch picture to make this place feel like home.

i put this on the last couch just before the new one got opened. didn't realize we were at the end of it already! wow. i had a doozie of a dream last night, and have already emailed t asking for a sooner appt than 2 weeks cuz i really really want to talk this one out. i am decidedly not a fan of dreaming or dream work at the moment, despite my usual fervor for it. have a good day everyone, it's off to work with me!!

Hi couch,
I'm feeling a little humiliated. In counseling class, I attempted to answer a question from the lecturer (despite social anxiety!) but he didn't understand me. So I tried explaining and he just kept looking puzzled and then the class (which I feel outcast by, as they're quite judgmental about trans people, and people with psychiatric illnesses) laughed... I blushed and he must have noticed, as he's a practising experienced counsellor...who makes jokes about psychosis and trans people, so I don't like him. |

Got called to the "principal's office" this morning to receive the bad news in person. The promotion I applied for is being awarded to someone else. Oh, and while they hate to see me go, they do encourage me to seek employment elsewhere in the agency.

Way too many changes, but going back to teach in the fall.. Huge. Everything else is up in the air.
