I've gone through periods of crying jags. And boxes of tissues. He said it's a safe place to let it all out, he says, cry your tears, it's cathartic to let it all out.

I cry just as easily as I laugh. In over 5 years of therapy, I cried the entire session a minimum of 500 times. At least.
