That has got to be a record.
I sent an email to T's practice to ask for a note to put with my application for hardship to keep my drivers licence.
I got a reply in half an hour to say they would forward it to him.
3 hours later I received an email with his supporting letter attached. It was exactly what I needed.
The reason I'm so amazed is because every other time I've emailed, ice either gotten no response or been told he will discuss it in next session. Earlier this year he was on a two month break and I didn't get the letter I needed for stress leave for my job. A week later I got a letter with my name and the dates wrong. Talk about a meltdown.

Then when I was so sick I couldn't keep my meds down, no one could get a hold of him for four days (he's a Pdoc and prescribed my meds). He said he was sorry, he was in meetings and doesn't check his emails everyday. I was like, well why are you in this job then??

When he gave me his private mobile for emergencies only, that was like one small step to show he did care.
Getting this letter to me so quickly is another step.
