I have therapy again tomorrow and I have alot to say to T. But I get nervous and scared to say anything. Especially when it comes to my feelings because I just zone out and get extremely numb. I told him this and he just told me that it's okay and that we can talk about it whenever you're ready. But, everytime I know I am ready I get numb.
Hell, I can't even look at him in the face. Its embarrassing I just stare at the wall, or his book shelf. What can I do? Ugh. |

Maybe you can talk about the numbness, what that is like for you, what the frustration is about and what it feels like. T and I talk about my numbness and things in the moment like that. I don't look her in the face but a lot gets done anyway. I hope you can work something out.

You might consider writing him a letter too. I've done that and read it to T. It helped in the beginning when I would get overwhelmed trying to say my feelings.

maybe you can text him an abbreviated message of this stuff... it could be a good way to get the convo started.
