After much abuse I began experiencing hallucinations. Then, after that I started experiencing amnesia. Why don't the mental health workers concerned with what started my symptoms?

The mental health workers cant do anything about what provoked your symptoms. Their priority is to treat the symptoms.

It is difficult to determine what causes mental illness. We may never know. Genetics or bad experiences. No one really knows. But they need to treat the illness regardless what causes it. Please follow their recommendations
