This is what keeps happening to me. I think my therapist is stressed to see me. Either this happens or he's late or he goes to the bathroom... Sigh, just not sure what to think.
I've had this happen. I've never taken it as a sign of stress or not wanting to see me. I just assume my T has some notes to catch up on between appts. She reviews her notes between sessions.
