I have an appointment with a T in early September and I'm really, really not sure if I want to even go. I'm not sure what to do.

Why don't you want to go?

Some days I feel better then others, i.e. there's nothing wrong with me.

Take some time and think about. If you really feel like you don't need it then don't go. If you think you will benefit from it then give it a chance. Its your time and money.

I think you should give it a chance. If you don't think it will be helpful then you don't have to continue.

You don't have to feel guilty or shamed for wanting help and support. I think we all have good days. Sometimes a 'good day' is really pushing down the feelings, the difficulty. It is okay to feel whatever you feel - guilty, frightened, etc.) and go anyway. It might be a good place to begin, talking about feeling uncertain about going to the appointment.
