Emotionally, physically exhausted

I had a total and complete breakdown in therapy this morning to the point where by the end of the session I was too exhausted to talk. I just sobbed through tbe whole thing, staring at the ground with my hair over my face. She kept asking me gently to just look at her, but I couldn't.

Will elaborate and update tomorrow. In the meantime, hugs?

I can't wait to get some bloody benzos from my pdoc Friday.

Sometimes one has to just let it all out in a safe environment.

I feel like she wanted you to look at her so that you'll feel less alone in your pain, and that she's "with you".

Yeah and I think she wanted me to try to focus since I was on the verge of a panic attack.

Ugh just typed a huge long thing and lost it. Will try again after shower if not totally Seroquelled out.

You have a lot of pain to get out . Takes time. Let the tears flow. There is NO shame in crying. None, zippo, nada.

But I am a big crier and believe that tears can be quite cathartic.

You'll be ok! Time.

And if you have some panic attacks, you'll get through them too. Don't be so hard on yourself. You really beat yourself up girl.

Not going to lie, I think I need a session where I just sob the entire time. For me it's trying to hold back tears and pretending like I'm overcoming anxiety like it's not big deal, when in reality I cry almost everynight. I hate it. I just want to be able to show her my emotions and she keeps pushing me to. Tomorrow is going to be an INTENSE session so I'm sort of worried about me emotions there.
