I am going to ask for recorded sessions. Basically, my therapist is saying stuff I havent told her. She is denying it making me feel more mental ill than I am. Only place she could in this particular instance have gotten this information is Facebook. She either needs to admit to Facebook spying or one of my former therapist in that facility getting information from them from Facebook or Im done with therapists in every capacity!

You should just record your sessions and not tell her. Normally I would not suggest that but if you ask her or she knows she is being recorded she might talk differently.

I'd be very careful about recording conversations without the other party's consent, especially in a private setting (which I am betting a therapist's office qualifies as). You should check your state's law before you do anything, because you could be prosecuted or sued by your therapist.

Check your laws. In some states it's fine.
Also, I'm not sure there's anything ethically "wrong" with accessing publicly viewable info on the internet. |
