But pived with T at the moment.
I was telling her about my mood swings and ended up feeling alone . Now I'm aware I could be going through one of my 'in it' moments and the feeling alone is the symptom of how it always was.
But T said, everyone has mood swings, tried telling me instances of where my (basically normal as much as one can be) husband has them from examples of told her about myself.

I said, yeah but he doesn't do stupid things when his mood changes.
She was agreeing with that but said it's not the mood swings in themselves, it's just that they traumatise me when they happen.
Huh? But than the mood swings are the problem aren't they?

I dunno, I'm in the 'in not going to show next season, teach her blah blah blah.

Then I read an article about ptsd and therapy and how therapy helps contain the fight or flight energy, among other things, and I got that. Remembered what therapy has, and will do. But when you're in one of those places, it's hard.

I have mood swings too. I learned about cyclothymia which is bipolar III. I don't think it quite matches my moods, but you might want to read about it.

Is it hard if T doesn't agree with you? It's hard for me.

I don't know if this is similar to what you're talking about, but I was just telling my T this week about my mood swings as well. I told him I was going from super irritable, to super panicked to crying a lot this week, and how I don't like it. I feel like I'm going "crazy" when I'm moody. All he said was, "Well what does having mood swings make you?" He basically was telling me it makes me human to have mood swings every now and then, and it doesn't make me a crazy person or anything...which kind of invalidated what I was getting at.

Yes! This. I felt my experience was been invalidated.
