My T always tells me to call her and at least leave a message if I ever need her, or before I SH. But I dont really call her, like ever. It seems too needy of me to contact her between sessions.

But every session she keeps telling me that. So I called her, knowing its her buisness number not a 24/7 number. Left a message and just asked her to return my call. That was Wednesday. As of Thursday my world is completely falling apart. Everyone I thought was there isnt, and actually full-on against me, even my own mother.

is it too needy to try her again, maybe not leave a second message but at least another call? She's honestly the only one I have left.

No, it isn't. She offered, and there's nothing wrong with needing support. I'd leave a second message.
Thanks for this!

It's okay to call again, and even leave a message if it goes to voicemail.

Do you have a cell number for her? If so, try that. If not, I agree that you should try the office number again. She wouldn't keep telling you to call her if she didn't want you to.
Thanks for this!

She may have had a technical problem with her messaging system. That has happened with my T too.
