Except in highly unusual circumstances, your therapist has other clients. I see my therapists' other clients all the time while entering and exiting their offices. (Also their office-mates' clients.)

How do you feel about knowing/seeing other clients? Me, I people-watch. (Especially at No. 1's, since she's mainly marriage counseling, and I sometimes speculate how things are going between the clients I encounter.)
Of course therapist have other clients, but my hope is s/he has enough memory or good notes so that I get good care.

I usually see the clients that are before. I don't about the clients after though. There are two other therapists in the building so the ones waiting might not be there for my T. I don't feel jealous of my T's other clients. Probably more curious to why they are in therapy.
