I see from your mood avatar etc that you are in some distress.

Some people find logical thinking offensive.

My T is an LCSW and not particularly crazy--though I assume you're talking about non-clinical social workers. Like the kind that go see people at their homes, deal with reports of neglect/abuse, etc.
Thanks for this!

No - I am talking about therapists.

Although the bar is pretty low for psychiatrists, I knew one who was billing for work the same day she was on the balcony of an apartment building, threatening to kill herself over a relationship with another doctor. When people on pc get worried that a therapist isn't responding to emails or calls, I figure there's a good chance the therapist is in the throes of some personal drama of their own and not even close to being able to respond to a client's need for reassurance. I told mine early on that it's fine with me if she is messed up in her personal life, as long as she's not messed up during my therapy session.
Thanks for this!

I feel for you. I was point blank told at one point that my opinion was not welcome and to stay off certain threads. At least you did not get that response, right?

Thanks. Purt near. I was telling t today about watching Fiddler on the Roof this weekend, and feeling that Tevye talked to god like i talked to t. Poor t goes "im not godlike". I go, "sorry no! But i think tevye needed a t!" It was about being HEARD. What is disturbing is not being heard by the OP at times, but i am feeling better heard and understood here overall.

My sister "ordered" me not to post on facebook any of the pics I have from my trip. Evil me wants to make a collage of all of them and post it.

(As if I want to cloud my facebook page with pictures of those people!! I didn't even take any myself. These are ones my brother sent us all that he had taken.)

Has anybody else used GreenLife soft grip cookware? My SIL has a set and I used the big pot to boil potatoes in for my famous mashies on thanksgiving and could not believe how fast they were done!! I made a 2nd batch the next day because it was so super quick. I'm buying myself a set for Christmas!!
Thanks for this!

I really need to be writing my last lecture for my Wednesday night class.

Very serious colleagues often send me invitations to play Candy Crush. It must be some game.

It is disheartening to put huge efforts into reaching out for help, when this is a difficult concept for you, only for the other person (who knows the amount of effort) to brush it off and put in literally zero effort.

Sometimes I read things that so boggle me, I cannot even form a coherent response.

I did not know one could invite to play CC. I do play words with friends and that has invitations.

They play on Facebook, hence the invitations.

I have finally found something I can eat more than a few bites of at a time: shirred eggs. Probably because it's basically egg custard. Butter + cream + eggs + ham + parmesan cheese.

My cholesterol is going to soar, though.

I've said this before but this session was the toughest I've ever had, officially. I'm wiped.
