But what if their answer is even more vauge it would be like this massive build up and i would be like super nervous and then just nothing to psychologists and psychiatrists normally avoid telling their clients what they think is going on with them?

Then call them on it. Say you still don't get what they're saying. If you can pinpoint what they're doing or saying that makes you feel like there's a hidden agenda, tell them that and then they can explain what they meant.

It sounds like neither of them know what to do because you don't fit any kind of profile they can pinpoint and treat. Maybe see a therapist instead? One that doesn't need to diagnose in order to help you out?

What if they get mad or continue to avoid answering the question.

Well it isnt that they need a diagnosis to "treat" me also we dont really have therapists in aus the equivalent of that is like a counsellor and they are often not very good.

Well, from what you shared in your first post, it sounds like they are confused about what to do. Call it whatever you want, if it's not treatment then whatever you go to them for...they seem unsure what you're dealing with. It doesn't seem at all from what you've described that they are withholding information from you, just sharing their uncertainty.

I dont think they are bad exactly also i live in a small area and have seen most of the psychologists and they were worse.

hey, it could be possible that they don't have much contact with each other, or they don't read the other's notes, so they're trying to make sure you're being followed by the other discipline. You can always ask why they do that. I think thats a totally reasonable question to ask.

Then you haven 't gained additional information, and you're right back to where you are now with the issue. If they get mad, that's not your problem. Their emotions are not your problem.
