i've been thinking recently how my therapist literally did save my life, by words that he spoke ,yet it took me 10 years to understand them. i remember harping on constantly about changing my life yet i had no idea what i wanted to change, i was on a course of self destruct yet i couldn't see it, he could though. other words he used to say were why do i not take care of myself, i thought i did yet when i look back i didn't. i still have huge problems with depression and anxiety but without him i'd be probably be dead now ,so thank you john my therapist

Yes Jeff, I feel the same way too. As I recover and look back I wonder just how I did get through. But its easier having someone aid us along the way!

So funny how these things turn out. Several of my therapists, over my life time, have saved my life. I too was confused about what was going on but they did their job and I'm here also to say thanks: Judy, Dr. S, Dr. B, and Jan.

Thanks so much.

My special therapists name was Teri. She has passed on...as time goes on, I find that I feel more and more grateful for all that she did for me. I really do love and miss her.

My T, Teri, often saw me without getting paid. She told me that she did it because somebody had been there for me when she needed help and that she was passing along the gift. I hope someday I can pass on that gift.
