i just binge-watched 5 seasons of Homeland in about 2 weeks A lot of that is attributed to the Christmas break, and me and my dad going "OK, lets just watch ONE more," which is the trap of binge-watching.
Thanks for this!

I binge watch when grading. Sometimes Gilbert and Sullivan or Mozart opera - sometimes Ally McBeal, and sometimes the Batman tv show from the 60s.

People used to think I was named after a character in Charlie's Angels (was born around when it was popular). I wasn't! (Now I guess you can all narrow my name down to a few possibilities...)

Hmm, fast food now or later? Tough one.
I have popcorn and chips.
I also need to get off the couch to refill my wine. I really don't want to get up.

Uh...it's gotta be Huey, Dewey, or Louie, right?

I never watched that show.

I couldn't stand Ally McBeal. But I love Adam West and Mozart operas.

I liked some character threads on In Treatment. He was very bad at the boundaries thing though. I don't think he would have been good as a T for me...

And I binge-watched the first two seasons of Nip/Tuck. Aging myself here, but I saw a couple episodes on TV, then went and kept renting the DVDs from Blockbuster... It was an interesting show before it went totally off the rails.

Youtube has an array of full opera. I spent one weekend binge watching various versions of Carmen.

Not liking Ally McBeal - inconceivable.

Is it conceivable to not really know a single U2 song and to only barely recognize U2 as the name of a band?

Evening, couch.

I am home from CVS and got an additional 20 minutes of pay again because I did not take a break and instead just clocked out a little early. Pharm manager is back tomorrow and Thursday, so we shall see what he says about taking my break or not. He always says something different. Hoping he will let me just clock out a little early. But if I have to take my break, then I will take a break. I just wonder if he will let me take my co-workers New Year's Day shift that she does not want. I want holiday pay.

I see I have a new nickname now..."SuperSquirrel" :-D I don't think I am super, I just get bored if I don't stay busy. I will need to invest in a new computer for my online masters program. My chomebook will not work and my old computer has too old of every feature I need. I need at last Windows 7 (if not higher) and my old computer has Windows NT. That is how old it is. I also need at least a certain speed processor that my old computer does not meet. I love my chromebook, but I have to have a windows or mac computer for classes there. I should be able to find a basic one that is affordable. The requirements are not extravagant, just higher than my 2008 computer has. I can get Microsoft Office for a discount student rate once I start classes. I have until mid-February to get the computer. I have time.

I will be a busy girl come February. Full-time school job, part-time CVS job (which gives me full time hours quite often), and online school. I will succeed though. I know I can do it. I am like the little engine that could..."I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..."
Thanks for this!

I don't know many bands by sight or name. I sort of know which songs I like that have been played on the radio. I spent high school and college listening almost exclusively to classical music so I sort of missed out on bands or singers by sight or name.
When I finally realized who mick jagger was, I could not figure out why people thought he was sexy. He always looked like a drug addict with weird lips to me.

Yes. They are superstars people! Superstars!
And they're Irish. Which makes them extra awesome. Because Shakey said so.
Did I mention I'm on my third glass of wine too?
Well, I'm on the fourth concert now...
