Can you set up a specific time you can email her while she is away. I used to have same problem a few years ago. We set up times I could email with a max of 2 a day. AM/PM... And then we arranged a time we could call or skpe while we was away if I needed to. Helped a lot... Now it's no biggie mines going on vacation in two weeks, and I don't mind at all.
