How does a T advise a client on how to handle injustice? I was emotionally abused by individuals who should have known better. Emotional abuse is not recognized as criminal. I am left with no one to help me. What should I do?

You really do not provide enough information. Have you confided in your T? If not, DO. You will understand soon enough if he/she can help. But you must be more forthcoming and give your T a chance...

I've given my T many chances. He let me down every time. I was very forthcoming with him. He just skirted the issue. Ever see that commercial where the parent tells a friend their kid does drugs and the friend was speechless? That was my T. |

I'd probably leave said therapist and find a new one, since this is obviously an important issue for you. But I would also consider what exactly I wanted from the therapist: advice? Just to talk about it? What? And then I'd insist any new therapist give me that.
