is this bad therapy?

This therapist did a number on you. She needs to call it quits and take down her license. I'm very sorry you were treated this way.

I feel so dumb that I miss her like crazy. Not how she is now but how kind and gentle she used to be.

Your feelings are not dumb. To me they are certainly understandable. She provided you with what you needed to do the work. Unfortunately, in a panic moment she lashed out at you. The worse part to me is her refusing to take onus for her disrespectful comments. I really see this as her lose not yours, yet you are the one hurting. I am sending you strength to help you heal and move on from this setback.
