Ballet. I said I know it's crazy, but I associate ballet worth weakness and Opera with strengh. T said, someone or other put on an all male version of 'Swan lake'. She added with a smile "that was strong' 😂

We seem to always have a short conversation about something not entirely related to therapy. I.e. my music taste, my crafting hobbies, what I plan to do that weekend, etc. I really don't mind it, and it helps me relax.

Matthew Bourne's all male Swan Lake - Its on Youtube and I HIGHLY recommend it - one of the most powerful things I've ever seen - Its amazing. Your T is right - its beautiful, and powerful, and very strong!

Oh - and if in any doubt of the strength of ballet dancers... try standing on points with broken toes!
