Today I had my session with T.

I did the stick person and she thought it was funny. (I'm not the arty type and she now gets that.)

We had a really tough session but for the first time I actually cried in T, not just that, but

I didn't feel ashamed of it-

which is an ultimate first!

I was able to understand, possibly for the first time that I was in a lot of pain, emotional pain, which sucks, but at least I can begin to work through some of it... In between dealing with the PTSD

Good for you Chav - that's great! I am also in the UK and know we don't always get what we need from the NHS - sadly. Really pleased for you!
