They said that I might abuse my son because I was abused as a child.

Wow this is shocking. So they think you will abuse your child because you were abused? so wrong. If anything I am very over protective of my kids.

Given some of your other posts, it's clear that you do have some quite significant mental health issues; perhaps the mental health workers have assessed you as not being equipped to care for your son and meet all of his needs. The safety of a minor has to be paramount. I consider it unlikely that the decision was taken on your abuse history alone.

I thought you said previously that you lost custody because it was determined you are not well enough to care for your child and you were told you would have visitations and phone calls with him if you follow court orders specifically taking medication for your schizophrenia. You told us you refuse to take medication even if it means never seeing your son. What has changed since?

Do you have a case plan to follow? If you complete it then reunification with your child is in order. If your parental rights have been terminated, that's permanent. If you have a case plan but aren't complying with it - this will put a wrench in you seeing your son.

Well you did say you refuse to do whatever is that they want you to do so you can see your son. Maybe not Meds but something
