Need Some Advice Please............

My T thinks I have DID and one of the alters HATES my T with a passion....She wants to go after my T verbally like she did last weekend through email....My question is this...Am I better off asking my friend to take my pc so the alter doesn't go after my T or should I let her and let my T see what she is really dealing with?.....Thanks FP

Tell your T what's going on and ask T what is best.

if your T thinks you are DID then she must understand that alters may behave differently than you... has she talked to any of them? i think talking to her directly would be good, and if she has experience with DID then let her decide. You could send her an email now to warn her of possible emails from the alter. It really needs to be something you decide with your T. She may decide it's too soon to deal directly with an alter (too soon for you) or she may decide that it would be productive for her to learn from the alter.

if she told you your DID then she knows what she's dealing with, you may also find more answers in the Dissasocitive forum (sp) we have a wonderful group of ppl there that are in your shoes
