Thank you. I felt like I clammed up and didn't talk a lot, and let him do talking. But it was still a pretty difficult session, as far as difficult topics to talk about. I told him about the SH, SI and the SA.
He asked me at the end of the session if I thought I needed to go to the hospital, but I declined. Nothing I told him would make me have to go involuntarily, but it's something we've talked about the last few sessions. Not an option right now, so I'm just hanging in. |
