When you aren't getting any better? Most people have some sense of what they want when they go in, at least voluntarily. Have you reached that point?

. . . or, when you are better and have reached a point where you are able to handle what life throws at you in healthy, constructive, proactive ways.

. . . or, when you feel you have worked through whatever it was that you went into therapy for in the first place.

I'm not sure I have any useful suggestions but I thought this short video speaks to this point rather hilariously (and made me go a bit 'ouch'!).
