Hi,

My Therapist recently recommended PE therapy to me. Has anyone had any positive/negative experiences with this? It would be for my ptsd/anxiety.

I haven't, except that sometimes I think that my whole therapy could be called exposure therapy as I have had to face my fears in going every week and being seen.

I went through exposure with my t for a while. It was positive and negative. The negatives were that at times, it felt very uncomfortable and scary but the benefits from the specific exposures or fears/phobia's are really good.
I had, still slightly but not as bad, body issues, social anxiety and exposure to trauma's.
