So I just had another appt with Pdoc and I still after almost 2 yrs of almost monthly visits I have no idea what to say or do at the 10min appt. I just don't understand why I authorize Pdoc to talk with T and vice versa yet they don't talk! Obviously how am I doing? I don't know! I haven't a clue. I don't remember many things about my days or weeks. I just have never paid any attention to myself. It's something T and I are trying to rectify yet I still can't say how I feel or even come close to identifying.

I just don't know. I'm a wreck for not knowing how I feel yet I can identify feelings. I know I'm anxious and last week very SUI. But now it's passed and I still can't explain my feelings! Help? Anyone have any suggestions or advice?

That sounds like a difficult and frustrating situation for you. I know sometimes when you are so overcome with emotions and anxiety, your short term memory seems to be shot.

My recommendation for you is to start journaling, daily or every other day. it doesn't have to be long entries, just maybe a bit more detail to flesh out what's been going on in your life, circumstances leading to increased anxious thoughts. Hopefully that will make things a little more concrete for you

I'm so sorry - this definitely sounds frustrating!

Journaling might help!

I'm sorry it seems so frustrating. I never know what to say during my pdoc appointments either. They're short appointments, and I just answer a few words here or there.
