Good question, one of my main goals is to squire healthy boundaries and to be able to work through conflict in a healthy way rather than avoid it altogether!

I never had them. But I did know what I missed out on, because of my emotional health. It was my last therapist that continued to insist that I can go back and finish things I left undone, or only day dreamed about, a trashed bucket list. I'm doing a lot in my older age.

Being able to have a meaningful romantic relationship. About eight other goals that have to be worked on before that one can be achieved (e.g., improve ability to tolerate negative affect like anger in a healthy way).

For therapy to become redundant, somehow...
To be able to cope with things by myself, without needing help.

To be content with living, not just trying to survive.
Thanks for this!

I don't have goals in terms of therapy. For me, such a thing would be a disaster and unuseful.
