cold smoking some cheese tomorrow - first time using the cold smoker and working on something called montreal smoked meat - which is not something I have heard of before but is seemingly similar to pastrami.

I'll be doing laundry tomorrow, since I spent half the day today galavanting up on Mt Lemmon. We also have to get this house cleaned up, the clutter is threatening to take over, for 1) in the process of doing a refi so will have to have an appraisal done and 2) my mother and sister in law will be here on the 25th for my son's graduation and I think it may take us until then to wade through it all.

I have refinanced and they did not come into the house for the appraisal, thank goodness.

Applied for an at home part time job.
