Have you ever found yourself needing to talk about something or feeling as though something is really hurting you but when you go to write these worries down or talk about them they just seem to disappear and you begin to second guess yourself as to whether they are even important?
Why does this happen? |

I do not know why does it happen, but what I find helpful is mentally tagging events/conversations that evoke strong feelings within me.

I get that blankness a lot. Searching for something I can't quite find.

My social anxiety makes it so writing down my emotions and my situations more difficult because I do not want my peers to think I am a negative person. My family and the crowd I am associated with only see anything that is not filled with positive energy as not of the light in our spiritual growth.
So I bottle things up and find myself wondering if my problems are pointless. When I write them down my thoughts blur, and I erase it all after spending at least thirty minutes to an hour on it. |

I thought it was just me. It's like an etch a sketch toy getting erased in a single swipe.
