How so? Tell us more...

Go back and talk about the 'bluffing'. The great thing about therapy is that there's always more to talk about!

gah. ive just pretended that im dealing really well with everything going on in my life. and i dont want to go back. i dont want to keep doing this. therapy hasnt helped me in the year and a half ive been going. it's just a waste of time and i dont know what shed tell my parents. for some reason the confidentiality thing is void now.

if it isn't helping, then that's something to talk about too. if you decide to stop going, talk about it first with your therapist rather than just not going. your therapist deserves that closure and so do you.

you might discover some important things.

what about it feels like a waste of time? how would you like therapy to help? what would it be like for you if therapy was helping? what parts are helpful and what parts are not helpful?

whatever you decide, ((((( hug to you ))))
