I'm about to embark on a huge transition. It's been a long time coming. I'm not close to done yet.

My Therapists have been a huge help in getting me back to my core. Despite my own history and my situation.

Therapy isn't about fixing 'you' it's about realizing that you aren't as broken as you feel. In fact you're pretty wonderful and you have a lot of resilience and power despite what you might feel like.

Im going to the movies with a friend today. I told her im all different now. Shes like how? Your post explains it pretty well. I mean, im getting out of the house and not being weird about it.

Thank you for sharing that!! One of the most powerful things my t ever said to me was pretty much exactly what you said. She told me "Art, you are not broken." That phrase lives in my heart.
