I think Brene Brown's info full of crap (much like that Dwyer guy who I hate) but I love love the sound of her voice. I listen to her to go to sleep. Her southern twang makes me feel right at home. And I tune out what she is saying - I just listen to cadence.

I can't watch the throne games -way too violent for me.

Evening couch.

Well, my mom asked me to pass the doctor information on to my brother so he could think about it. She said she would, but he isn't talking to her right now because he and his girlfriend broke up and he thinks my mom told her to do it. Can you say paranoid. Oh well. I sent him a text about it this afternoon, but have not heard back yet, but he sometimes takes days to respond to texts. We'll see what he thinks, though it may be too expensive for him. Though my mom said tell him I will pay for the initial visit and she will give me the money to do so, that way he doesn't know she is involved. Weird, just weird. But, I should be used to it...that's how my family is.

I just don't know...why must belong to such a "special" family?

Therapy tomorrow. We are talking about emotionally-loaded issues.

My thought- I'm wary, sad and afraid that I'll just get all this stuff out...and T will announce she's retiring or leaving for some reason. ( She's 69)

I don't want to start all over again.

I'll talk to her about it again tomorrow.

Just managed to get myself out of the second bad panic attack of the night.

I'll take a virtual scotch, virtual mozzarella sticks, and a virtual sea salt caramel brownie. (I have a digestive system made of iron.)

I only got myself out of the first one. The second one required Xanax.

Yeah but the Japanese have this whole art thing now where they take broken stuff and glue it back together with gold and then it's more beautiful. They have a name for it, somebody here will know it. I need to look up weight watchers points for wine

So I had another of my famous realizations in the car on the way home from work. I even stopped to write it down. I realized that this thing with the insurance, denying my receipts cuz t coded them for 60 minutes - that it was a good thing to happen. That, every now and then, it's good for me to be confronted with the business aspect of this relationship, because it keeps me from wishing it could be something else.

You are right! It's not the same!! It's a one of a kind original. That makes it a very special and valuable plate. ((( hugs )))

Hugs @@ hope you get some relief!

Hugs for MKAC too, I wish I could join your wine fest. Virtual wine, no hangover!

I'm tired and sore and wired. Stayed out til almost midnight 'on a school night!' took my sister shopping because some loser stole her car and her hubs worked late tonight. Have to say, my nephew needs a hearing exam and now so do I. He's tiny (6) but the pipes on that kid! He and my youngest daughter together are like pouring gasoline on a roaring fire. No wonder I'm tired.

Goodnight couch!
