Oh, I really really really really don't want to do this today. This is worse than the couch! I gave him some stuff last week - drawings, stuff I wrote - and I know we're going there today.

scared scared scared

Hi Gracey,

It is scary indeed to show our ‘true’ self to our T. But it is a very brave thing you did! I’m sure your T will be able to reassure you and steer the session at your pace. I also think it can be an opportunity to work more closely and/or more in-depth with T.

I think you should go but try not to fret too much (I know, easier said than done…) & good luck for today!

Hang in there...

((((((((((((((((gracey))))))))))))))))

i'm thinking of you!!

i'm so proud of you for giving him those things...i know i really bare my soul when i write and draw...if you felt secure enough to leave those items with your T then i am sure you are confident deep down that he will take care of you. you will be ok!!

Hi Gracey, I'm glad you are sharing yourself.

It is hard especially when you really care about T and what he/she thinks...like I do T today
