tomorrow is my first psychiatrist appointment. It's hard to tell by his voice on the phone whether he is nice or not.
I'm nervous!! |

I just had my first about a week ago. It's not as bad as or as nerve wracking as my brain made it out to be.

My psychologist had an interesting/ different phone voice, I wasn't sure if he would be good or not based off my first phone conversation, but he is awesome! Maybe he'll really surprise you in a good way like mine did!

Hope it goes well! And some people sound very different on the phone than in real life, so don't judge by that.

It went well. He gave me all of my same medicine. Then he made an appointment for me to come back in a month.

I started crying while I was explaining what was going on and he handed me a few tissues.
So I'm going back to him. As far as my T goes, I don't think I want to go back to him. I don't think he's someone I could click with. He's nice and all, but that "feeling" isn't there. |
